For the Nextgeek mobile app, we were challenged to create a design that felt entirely new—something that broke away from traditional mobile UX patterns. Taking inspiration from modern IDE interfaces, we crafted a layout that delivers a more technical, workspace-driven feel, tailored for recruiters and power users who need speed, structure, and deep focus.

The result is a mobile experience that behaves less like a standard app and more like a compact productivity environment. With modular panels, clear hierarchies, and efficient navigation patterns, the app introduces a fresh interaction model to the recruitment space, giving users the ability to manage tasks, candidates, and workflows with the same agility they’d expect from desktop tools.
